My idea of a good time always consists of some sort of the following: snapping pictures, traveling, cooking, knitting, reading a good book, coffee and tea (not together), taking pictures of my food right before I dig in, watching a good Jane Austen inspired film or catching up on my never ending list of awesome TV shows, listening to anything with a good beat, learning my newest word of the day (yes, there is an app for that), and spending time with friends and family. You will also often find me on my couch in silence editing photos of my latest adventures. I also do this in coffee shops with my headphones in listening to nothing (surprise!) just so I can look like one of those terribly distracted coffee shop people with no time for interruptions. I do love to chit-chat though, so if you ever do see me in a coffee shop with headphones in, please don't hesitate to say hello.
My specialty: anything that captures my undivided attention. I love being the person in a room filled with people that can capture every moment and not be noticed by anyone. I also enjoy the quiet art of shooting portraits and family photos. My most favorite thing to do is to capture something through a perspective that is not often seen. I try to look at subjects through different lenses, zooming in and out, and quite possibly laying on the floor for the best angle to capture something. I am constantly trying to learn more and take on different experiences that teach me something I didn't know or experience before. I love to travel and share everything that I see and do along the way with others. This is where I document and share my work, my love for travel, food, and life.
